Our Church would love to help you celebrate the important milestones in your life. This page will explain how to arrange a ceremony with us and one of the members of our Ministry Team.

Naming Ceremonies
If you want to welcome your child into the world with a special ceremony for them and for the family, we can offer a blessing and naming ceremony in our Church. These are usually held during a Sunday morning service. A certificate can be provided.
Weddings
If you have always wanted a Church Wedding but would like some flexibility on both the ceremony itself and the requirements we might be the place for you! We do not have residency requirements and we are happy to marry people who have divorced. Please be aware that we are still bound by British law, and we are not currently registered for same-sex marriages.
Funerals

What to expect
If you are interested in celebrating with us, you might be wondering what to expect when you organise a ceremony with us.
Generally the first step would be to contact us by selecting Weddings & Namings in our Contact Form. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your needs and arrange a meeting.
You needn’t worry about the meeting: it’s not really an interview, it’s more of an opportunity for our Minister to get to know you and help you decide what you are looking for in your ceremony. We do ask that you try to arrange a meeting in person rather than over the phone, as it makes it easier to build a mutual understanding.
Finally, you might be wondering how much it will cost. We currently operate a flexible system, and our Church tries to be accessible to you no matter what your financial situation may be. You can let us know how much you’d be looking to spend when you first contact us or when you meet with the Minister; please also remember to let us know whether you would like us to provide tea and coffee and whether you would care to book the hall for after the ceremony.
